How People Can Relax:
When the body relaxes, it can recover and regain energy. Their emotions start to self-regulate, their minds become more aware, and their systems regenerate their unique healing frequencies. When relaxed, the body can regenerate its original and healthy form. When stressed and not relaxed, the whole bodily system goes into chaos. In relaxed and happy situations, the body goes from chaos into order.
The best way to relax is to lie on a bed. The true feeling of relaxation reflects a rejuvenation of energy. Energy enters the body in an almost spiritual level. Comfort is maximal, and intruding thoughts are kept away by enjoyment of the present moment. Counting time becomes silly –the moment becomes a solace. We seek to reach this state of relaxation and presence. After that session of relaxation, you feel energetic and good. You feel happy after that kind of session. “Anything”, in reality, does not have to change: no solutions need to be found, no problems need to be solved. The body, however, feels a sense of comfort and strength upon getting up from rest. Enjoyment of the comfort is key. This kind of moment feels elusive, and upon getting up, you likely want to stay there! To reach happiness and fulfillment, to some degree, people need to reach this state as closely as possible, and as often as possible. Doing this would greatly help anyone’s health and path to painlessness!
People can reach this level in different ways. Following specific instructions is useless because each body and mind is different. Your level of relaxation needs to match your body’s style, just as each student needs to find and follow his or her specific best learning style. It does not have to be the cross-legged, “Omm-ing” type of meditation. For some patients, this can be achieved through sleeping, meditating, hiking, cooking, interacting with nature, etc. Whatever your style, the relaxation should attain this level of peace and contentment. What matters is the reach of awareness.
In addition, anything that makes the heart happy helps you relax!
